Inviting 18th century thatched pub also providing accommodation and serving food. Cosy low ceiling bar with roaring log fire and well-kept Wadsworth beers. The pub has skittles, darts, a pool table and even a rifle range. Children are welcome. Outside, there is a courtyard, a garden and parking for about ten cars. Well worth a visit.

The Cavalier
Originally named 'The Gay Cavalier', this bland pub opened in 1961 and at the time was described grandiosely in the local paper as “Wiltshire’s Most Modern Inn”. On the outskirts of town and surrounded by housing of a similar age, it has a large car park, Sky Sports, skittles, darts and a pool table and serves the usual Wadworth beers. Children are welcome up to 8-00pm. An upstairs function room is available for hire and there is a beer garden outside

The Lamb (Urchfont)
A gem of a country pub, at the heart of a thriving local community with even the village post office and community shop housed in its out- buildings. A traditional Wadworth pub which also offers a guest ale. The Lamb has large beer garden, with a skittle alley it is well worth visiting all year round. Traditional home cooked food is a particular added attraction, particularly on Sundays.

Wadworth Brewery Visitor Centre
Opened in 2007, alongside the traditional Victorian tower brewery, so its easy to find. The Visitor Centre provides an opportunity to sample 5 cask ales, as 1/3 pint tasters. As part of the brewery shop and exhibition area, the bar is only open Mon-Sat, 10.00-17.00 hrs (excl Bank Holidays). Best to book in advance if you want to go a to 2 tour of the brewery itself.
